In the event a product needs to be returned to us for any reason, the following guidelines apply:
Regarding Over-The-Counter Products:
1. Must have original receipt or order confirmation.
2. Product must be unopened in original container.
3. Must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date.
Regarding Prescription Medications:
1. There are no refunds or exchanges once a prescription medication has left the store.
**We may accept outdated or unwanted medications for destroy only, no exchange or refunds.**
Pharmacy Compounding Specialties reserves the right to subsitute any product with generic or medically equal product. All refunds will be done on a case by case bases less shipping and handling charges and less 15% restocking fee. Please call for details.
